Kaiafas Lake was the site of the 1997 European Championships and is often visited by international water skiing champions such as Glenn Campbell, Chris Parrish & Natalie Hamrick. Ideal weather conditions and a variety of brimstone elements in the water make the Kaiafas training facility the best in Greece and one of the best in Europe.
The ski clinic is organized and run by Vangelis Papakirykos and his coaching team. Emphasis is on slalom, but trick, jump and barefoot training are also available. Every day's schedule is prepared and posted on the previous evening, so that skiers can plan their day and enjoy the area's other offerings. Coaches and drivers with a long experience on the sport are there to help you have good and productive skiing sessions.
